Games Pause during Play:
Players leaving the table or logging out during a paused cash game forfeit the game, and their buy-in amounts are not refunded.
Discontinuation of the Use of Website and Apps:
Users discontinuing the use of services must email support@dizeeliterummy.in to terminate their account. After evaluation, dizeeliterummy.in will refund the entire cash, deducting applicable levies and taxes if any.
Third-Party Gateway:
dizeeliterummy.in is not responsible for denials by third-party payment gateways. Reversals, if any, will be made only to the financial instrument used for the transaction.
